I've heard from one of my colleagues that students at Peking University are starting today? Don't know if this is true though. and if it is, is access to the campus only for university students? I was hoping I could have a look round the university as i enter my last 36 hours here in BJ... plus maybe get to know some students there.

Hmm I tried to go there yesterday but one of the security dudes said that I had to have known someone already in there to go in. Gutted. lol, no what I meant was to get an insight as to how different university life is there.

Well at the time I asked a German dude who was standing outside and he was rejected entry unless he was with a recognised teacher.... so I assume so. Gonna try the Renmin Uni English Corner now and see if anyone's there lol.
