Just moved to near-ish Sihui East, 3000-3500 is indeed about the price: nice apartments, very new, communities filled with older residents and young families so very peaceful indeed.

also saw some very nice apts south of Guomao for 5000-6000, which seemed pretty good given that they'll be on the subway soon.

Hi i am dingdang work as agent i know a apartment near Guomao. may be it is about 15 minutes to go to guomao. If u walk quickly you will spend less time go to Guomao. What a pity last time the owner didnot come or i will visit this apartment. I heard this apartment is good but i must tell you that the eviroment is not too good. There just one high building in jiaoguo partment. the rent i am not sure , i remember about 4500, i am nt sure this price.
