Veg-On is a strangely designed restaurant that is spread out over a tiny food court hidden in a corner of Solana. They feature a vegetarian buffet that I'd recommend skipping in favor of the ala carte menu -- the eggplant with basil is excellent, as are the veggie spring rolls and the vegetarian spicy fish.
